The Donald W. Penner Prizes were established by the Canadian Association of Pathologists in 1977 to commemorate Dr. Penner’s 25 years of service to the Canadian Association of Pathologists’ Executive.
Purpose
To recognize the resident presenting the best proffered paper or the best poster at the Annual Meeting of the Association. There will be one award for each endeavour.
Award Amount
An amount of cash.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be a resident in a pathology/laboratory medicine residency training program.
Application Procedure
On the abstract form for the CAP-ACP Annual meeting, the applicant should indicate that he/she wishes to be considered for a Donald W. Penner Award
Application Deadline
Same as the abstract submission deadline for the CAP-ACP Annual Meeting
LES PRIX DONALD W. PENNER
Des prix en argent seront offerts pour les meilleurs résumés ou affiches présentés par les résidents à l’assemblée annuelle de l’Association. Un prix sera offert pour chacun des écrits mis en candidature.
L’Association canadienne des pathologistes a commencé ce programme de récompenses en 1977, dans le but précis de commémorer les 25 années de service du docteur Penner en tant que membre de son exécutif.
Afin d’être déclarés admissibles, les candidats doivent s’assurer d’indiquer leur statut de résident sur leur soumission.
