Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Harmanjot Singh. I am originally from Ottawa, Ontario and am currently residing in Houston, Texas undergoing my hematopathology fellowship training at the Baylor College of Medicine. I am currently seeking job opportunities in Canada as I prepare to complete my fellowship this upcoming June and have a strong desire to return to Canada as a practicing pathologist.

In regards to my training background, I completed my four-year residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee from 2014 to 2018. Following this, I completed a one-year surgical pathology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 2018 to 2019 and am now half way through my one-year hematopathology fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. My surgical pathology fellowship training included review of over 3000 in-house and consult surgical pathology cases involving different organ systems within a sub-specialty-based sign out model. My current fellowship will include sign-out responsibility of bone marrow, lymph node, flow cytometry and coagulation disorders across multiple institutions and settings within the Texas Medical Center; these settings include a pediatric hospital, a county hospital, private hospitals and a dedicated month of flow cytometry sign-out responsibility at the MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Based on my training background, along with my excellent leadership, collaborative, and communication skills, I believe I can be an asset to any pathology department and am able to lend my expertise in both areas of practice.  I would be eager to learn about any opportunities that may be available in Canada. Kindly please find a copy of my curriculum vitae and a photograph of me. I can be reached at (901) 581-3393 or by e-mail (
