Victim of mastectomy mix-up speaks out

The Halifax woman whose right breast was removed by mistake in March after test results were mixed up at the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre had her faith in Nova Scotia?s health-care system shaken to the core. As a result of the recent mistakes, Capital Health is implementing a bar-code system to track patient test results. It will cost about $450,000. Halifax Chronicle-Herald article.
